Love the valet parking, location - quiet yet close to the centre. Great breakfast.

We were staying for my cousins wedding at the Assembly rooms and enjoyed sightseeing and visiting friends in Bath

Our room {12} was lovely but very noisy all night with people outside on the street. If we came again we would want a quieter room at the back

A nice hotel with bags of character close to the centre of Bath. This location was excellent for us. They have some efficient & friendly staff, who provided us with champagne & chocolates in celebration of our joint birthdays. They also allowed me to use their office internet because their public wirless system was not working.

Just one thing. Breakfast - although very good, was not included in the hotel price, which was on the high side for what it was. I travel all over the UK and Ireland on business so my experience of staying in hotels is perhaps better than most people.

Deluxe room was large with a nice view on the garden in the back. The garden patio is very nice for relaxing, reading or having a drink. It is not to far from the city center but not walkable with a suitcase from the train station. There is a small but good selection of restaurant this north of the city.

I didn't not like that our room was not ready before 3 pm. I think that the hotel rooms facing the street dont have much of a view. The reception staff and bar staff was courteus but not particulary friendly. The free coffee and tea in the lounge was not always replenished according to needs and we had to ask more then once. We felt that our room lacked some little touch that we encountered in other boutique hotel. The toilettery items were basic. There was no way to make ourself a tea cup in our room. The lounge was open to the reception area where everyone entered the hotel and the reception. As we were given an upgrade on our reservation, I am not sure what the classic double room looks like. The bar and restaurant are expensive and there is a lot of better options and price toward the center of the city.

    Location and service were excellent!

Bed was just too fluffy and we struggled with the covers

The staff were so very welcoming, the hotel is beautiful and our room was stunning. Attention to detail was second to none.

    Absolutely nothing!

The rooms were very good and I liked the sofa area. The staff were excellent. The quality of the food and wine.

Needed tea making facilities in the room.

Excellent. If I were to return to Bath, I would stay at the Queensberry and I would recommend it to friends.

From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well and the staff could have done no more to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The room (31) was very calm and tranquil with a lovely en suite. The only downside we found was there are no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom, although they are available in the hotel lounge and are complimentry. We will most definately be looking to stay there again.

Very nice welcome, bit of a curt goodbye.

The staff in the hotel and restaurant were exceptional. I was given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. I ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing. Thank you

We enjoyed being so near to the centre of everything in such quiet comfort.

I would have appreciated tea making equipment in my room. Although your staff are charming, discreet and altogether delightful, I don't feel up to human contact before 9a.m.
